RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
The Workpit Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below:
Return Period
You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange, or store credit, (excluding sale items).
In-Store Returns
Visit us in-store to exchange your item or receive store credit.
Online Returns
If you're returning your item via post, you can request an exchange or store credit.
Sale Items
Please note: Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with tags attached.
- A receipt or invoice is required as proof of purchase.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Restocking Fee
For online orders not completed by the customer or if you choose not to proceed under any promotional conditions, a $5 per item restocking fee applies. For other returns, the greater of $5 per item or 15% of the item value will be deducted as a restocking fee.
Return Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
- Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
- We recommend using a tracked postage method to ensure safe delivery.
- Refunds or exchanges cannot be processed until the returned goods are received.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at sales@theworkpit.com.au with:
- Your name, address, and contact details
- Your order number
- Photos of the fault (if applicable)
