Refund policy

Return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund.

Head in-store for an exchange or store credit OR post your items back to us for an exchange.

The Workpit Return Policy

All goods must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached and returned to The Workpit within 14 days of receiving your order. You must also have a receipt or invoice for proof of purchase. 

For those ordering online and goods are allocated but the order is not completed by the customer or you choose not to fulfill the order as per the conditions of any promos we are running there will be a $5 per item restocking fee.

Cost of Returns

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods intended for a refund or exchange. There will also be a  $5 per item or 15% restocking fee (which ever is greater) along with shipment fees for the original order being sent out. We suggest that you send your goods using a tracked method of postage to ensure the goods reach us safely. We cannot process a refund or exchange until we have received the returned goods.

Faulty or incorrect items 

In the rare case you have received the wrong item, or your item is faulty, please contact us at sales@theworkpit.com.au. Please include your name, address, contact details and order number. If your item is faulty, please also include photos of the fault so it can be assessed.
